In addition to our two sets at the 154th Highland Games(see show listings on this site for HG details), Knacker’s Yard have also organized two evening events during the long weekend.

These events are meant to enhance the Celtic music experience by offering two evenings of traditional music, story telling, and dance. The concerts  feature Knacker’s Yard, Old Black Rum, Blackthorn(Vancouver), and the Victoria Irish Dancers! In addition, Knacker’s Yard will be joined by Stephen Johnson(Nanaimo)on accordion, Irish wooden flute, and tin whistle!!

These two special events will be taking place downtown at the The Victoria Event Center located at 1415 Broad St., Victoria, BC. The shows are all ages, so kids are welcome, and will also provide a fully licensed bar service!

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Kids 12 and under are free! Tickets can be obtained from: ticketpeak.com/slainte
